Ordering & Payment

You can purchase directly from Symansis either:

• Online: payment by credit card at time of order, or by
• Purchase Order: set up a credit facility with us for supply on a 30 day invoice on completion of a Credit Application Form

Online Orders
Orders can be placed directly on the website and paid for by credit card (Visa or MasterCard). Please select your product from the product listing, click 'Add to basket', then click 'Basket' at the top right corner of the screen and follow the prompts.

New customers will be required to register with the website and provide contact and delivery information which will be saved for future use.

Returning customers will just need to log in using the username and password set up previously.

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address provided.

Orders can be placed using the Symansis Order Form or your own Purchase Order Form. Please ensure you include the following with your order:

• Name & full contact details including telephone, fax, and email address
• Name of your institution
• Billing address
• Shipping address
• Purchase Order number
• Products & quantities required
• Authorising signature
